This is the nutrition philosophy that I personally follow. After reading this book, and following its principals, not only have I lost weight, but I feel fantastic – and that’s really the most important thing. The advice here is easy to follow, and it’s sound. It’s NOT a diet – this is a lifestyle change. So be prepared to change the way you look at food and eating.
This is a great kettlebell workout. I love kettlebells because they give you a vigorous cardio workout as well as a strength training workout – it’s an all-in-one time saver which I love. I am not a fan of the treadmill, so this is a great dynamic workout – I am never bored!
This is another really great Kettlebell workout. It’s more of a fusion workout – dance/yoga/pilates/kettlebells. I love and adore it because it combines all my favorite ways to move. It’s excellent for beginners because Michelle breaks down all of the moves and teaches proper form – but it is challenging so if you’re beyond beginner, you’ll get a great workout as well.
