Fitness for Busy Women – Cardio/Tone/Stretch – Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 (coming in January!)
This all-in-one fitness class is designed with busy women in mind – get a great cardio workout, strength training and stretch all in 1 hour.
Class starts with an energizing, easy-to-follow cardio routine. We then move into total body resistance training that includes yoga and Pilates-based exercises. Class ends with a relaxing, deepening stretch that will improve flexibility.
This class is great for beginner through advanced participants. Please bring water, a mat and light weights with you to class.

Yoga – Pilates – Stretch – Mondays 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Yoga and Pilates are wonderful, non-impact forms of exercise. This class delivers a great cardio and muscle toning workout. This is fitness based yoga – no meditation or chanting is involved.
You’ll move better, feel stronger, and increase flexibility. I guide you through all of the poses, explaining everything in great detail. I give modifications so you can really learn each pose, and modify it according to your level of fitness.
This class is excellent for beginner and intermediate participants.
