Semi-Private Classes

Any of the classes below can be offered to your group as a private class. Private classes are for 5 to 10 participants at a rate of $10 per participant. These are great for friends, neighbors, businesses – any group! They can be a one-time class or ongoing. Please call me to schedule your class.

Gentle Blended Yoga
Monday 5:00 – 5:45

Gentle Blended Yoga is a fitness-based yoga system developed by Jenn. Using traditional yoga poses, this class is gentle and restorative, and will:

– Improve your balance so you feel steadier on your feet.
– Increase your flexibility so that you have deeper range of motion in your joints.
– Give you strength to lift, garden, clean, and play with ease.
– Give you more energy and focus.
– Help you rest easier at night for better sleep.

During class, you will be guided through a series of Yoga poses that will increase flexibility, tone muscles, and increase cardio vascular health. This non-impact form of fitness is great for those who have never taken Yoga or Pilates, or who have been away from fitness for a while.

Blended Yoga
Monday 6:00 – 7:00 PM and Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Monday and Wednesday 6:30 AM (starting in September in Guthriesville, PA)

Blended Yoga is a flowing fitness-based yoga that was developed by Jenn. This  class will help you:

– Improve your strength so you can lift groceries,  kids, and anything else that needs lifting.
– Increase your energy so that you don’t feel lethargic, or hit that mid-afternoon slump.
– Improve your balance so you feel steadier on your feet.
– Increase your flexibility so that you have full range of motion in your joints.
– Get your endorphins flowing so that you enjoy life.
– Relax so that you can sleep better.

Mommy and Me Yoga
Wednesday 9:30 – 10:15

Join us for this fun, partnered yoga class for the two of you! You’ll be guided through yoga poses that help you and your child stretch, balance and connect to each other.

This class is for Mommies and children ages 2 to 5.

Please bring a mat, a towel, and water.

Class is held at the Victoria J. Irey School of Dance in Guthriesville, PA

My name is Jenn Givler, I'm a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. I work with clients 1 on 1, in small groups, and in classes using Blended Yoga. Blended Yoga is a fitness-based system of yoga that uses traditional yoga poses and pose series to deliver a complete workout in 45 minutes.
