bikeMy name is Jenn Givler and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and a Fitness, Dance and Yoga instructor.

I help busy women get with and stay motivated to stick with a fitness program. I specialize in helping busy women create a fitness and nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle – and it doesn’t always have to include the gym or fitness classes.

I found dance and aerobics when I was 4 years old. My mom laughs as she remembers me in my first aerobics class. She said I would go right when everyone was going left. And I had zero coordination. All I knew was, it was fun, and I loved it!

As I got older, I got more serious about dance. I studied ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary. Contemporary is by far my favorite style of dancing.

cert_logoI’ve been teaching fitness and dance classes for the last 15 years. I have experience teaching kickboxing, step, dance-based aerobics, bootcamp programs, cardio interval, strength training classes, Pilates, and Yoga.

I currently teach dance and group fitness classes in Chester County, PA.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Science Association.  I offer personal training and nutrition guidance through the Fitness Together personal training studio in Chester Springs, PA.
