The Universe Loves You

Signs are everywhere that you are loved. img_1054

Lately, I’ve been seeing hearts everywhere. This one, I saw in my driveway. Not sure how it was created, but I walked out to get the mail and there it was.

I’ve also seen hearts in tree bark, in blades of grass, and in clouds.

The thing about seeing stuff like this is, you have to be open to it.

We spend so much of our lives hurrying to the next thing, and the next and the next. We forget to slow down, ask for what we need, and replenish ourselves.

Noticing hearts in your world, or even just taking 3 minutes to be still and breathe are small ways you can replenish your energy.

This weekend, why not take some time to stop and notice all the ways you are loved. Take just 3 minutes, be still and remember that you are loved and supported in so many ways.

    Wow Jenn.

I just started reading a book today.. primarily geared toward helping single people find ‘the one’. And though I’ve been married 20 years, I thought it would help me open myself up more fully to the experience of love, which I discovered I’ve been closed off to for many years.

The first practice was an exercise accompanied by the phrase: “I open myself fully to give and receive love.”

And then I read your post!

Ah yes…. confirmation yet again. :)

Glad you were Divinely inspired to stop by ;) And yes – stay open to that love my friend!
