New Segment alert: Workout of The Week!
I’ve been hearing from lots of folks lately that one of the big challenges is deciding how to exercise. It’s inspired me to create simple workouts for you each week. They’ll be posted every Monday.
This week, do 10 to 20 minutes of your favorite Cardio, then, complete 2 to 3 sets of the resistance training circuit featured in this video.
And remember – if you don’t have dumbbells, soup cans or water bottles will do just fine. Aim to do this routine 3 to 4 times this week. Enjoy!
